Members should designate one point of contact within the company to handle claims, provide an email and phone number that is active and regularly checked, and respond within 24-48 hours.

Reporting Reminders

Our members also have a responsbility to provide timely, accurate, legible, and clear information to adjusters to bring the claims to the best outcome. Claims should be reported as soon as possible. If a members needs extra assistance they can reach out to brokers


Where To Report

Charter Partners is a network organization meaning multiple companies come together to service the captive in a network.
