BENEFITS
Community
Meet, think, and improve alongside leaders you respect

By joining forces, members can negotiate better terms and conditions with insurers, resulting in more accurate premiums, broader coverage, and improved claims management. By sharing your experiences, gathering insights, and hearing from other members, you can learn from each other and improve your risk management and insurance outcomes.
Captives, democratized
Vote for a board of directors and engage with your peers in group learning environments.
Your community “neighborhood” is what we call a Pod. Pods are tailored to your industry and are typically no larger than 30 members. Within your Pod, you’re able to vote for equal representation on the board of directors and influence key decisions. Your voice matters, so it’s important to elect highly engaged leaders that value like-minded goals.
The power of shared knowledge
Participate in effective conversations among small groups—so your voice is heard.
The program offers educational and training opportunities in the form of member-led meetings to help peers stay informed on claims, current industry trends, and best practices. These meetings can be held virtually in person and will recur on a monthly or quarterly schedule.
Influence community admissions
Members get a say in who gets to join your group through elected representatives. By contributing to the member vetting process, you get to help build your own valuable community and know your partners, their wins, and their challenges.
Attract third-party specialists
Another advantage of working alongside leaders in your bespoke community Pods is the ability to attract service providers to the network. This provides the opportunity to create a marketplace of specialized services to the program. Some of these services include catastrophic response attorneys, OSHA compliant trainers, or claims handling specialists. Depending on your industry, a wide range of providers can be vetted to participate in the community.
Stabilize costs with the shared fund
The shared fund is designed for members who want to focus on the long term, stabilize their costs, work to share best practices, and be true partners.
